About me.
My path to counseling began with a simple desire to help people. I have always felt true fulfillment in taking care of others. My life experience has taught me the importance of connection, and this led me to pursue a Masters at Gonzaga University in Marriage and Family Counseling.
Before I began my counseling education, I played collegiate basketball at Montana State University and continued to play overseas professionally, in both Germany and Spain. My athletic background has helped me to discover that mind and body health cannot be separated, and I strive to help others create realistic habits that help them to experience all encompassing wellness. My friendships and connections that I formed with my teammates of various cultural backgrounds have given me an increased desire to know and understand others different than myself.
I am passionate about helping others find happiness and fulfillment. My hope as a counselor is to simply be a guide for others as they cultivate their own authentic path to complete wellness and connection.
